Prior to his career in real estate, Alan worked for over 30 years with several groundbreaking and successful Silicon Valley tech firms, playing a crucial part in their development and success. Through his tech experience, Alan’s responsibilities covered many areas and included hardware development, engineering management, program management, and business development. Alan leverages this strong work history into a very focused and detailed negotiating and sales strategy.
Along with his work history, Alan is also a sophisticated property investor and manager in his own right. His personal portfolio has involved residential investment properties, property management, real estate development and investment projects, as well as 1031 investment exchanges. Alan’s services also include full-service property management, if needed.
Alan is a graduate of Gunn High School and has earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, Los Angeles, respectively, as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Santa Clara.
